So why is video advertising so important to your business in 2018?
Video advertising or using video to promote your business has grown exponentially over the last five years since Facebook introduced auto-playing video on their platform and Youtube became the number one choice for video online.

Video accounts for nearly half of the content posted on Facebook feed, Youtube is becoming the place to go for news, weather, technical questions, cooking recipe's and so much more.

Facebook alone produces fantastic results for video views & engagement compared to plain old text or images, each video posted seems to draw you in encouraging you to watch at least the first few seconds, of course, this ultimately comes down to the quality of the video, do it yourself without experience and your video is just a swipe and go, add a little shazaam and your video, your logo and your business name gets stored into the memory bank of the viewing public. Add a call to action and you increase your website visits, phone calls, and inquiries overnight. 

Did you know through Facebook advertising, video views can cost as little 2 pence per view, now think about that for a second how much does it cost to produce and air a TV advert and for how long.

But most small businesses cannot afford TV advertising? I hear you ask, well this is why Social media offers the opportunity for smaller sized companies to capitalize while it's still fairly cheap, a well-made video showing your logo, offers, previous work and contact details if seen enough will bring in interest and sales. You may have to tweak a few things to get the balance right, but once you have the winning formula just one video can be used over and over again, producing cost-effective TV-style advertising.

YouTube's growth is amazing and there seem to be no signs of it stopping in the near future. Small companies have the opportunity to open another door to online inquiries by adding their well-made video to Youtube, did you know that youtube itself is also a search engine in its own right, the public now use YouTube to solve many problems using the search bar in the same way as most use Google, using similar keywords to fix, find or solve standard domestic household issues.
